Refund policy

 Kindly note our return policy before placing an order. Our top priority is your satisfaction with the items that you purchase.

 

RETURN POLICY:

-Accepted returns are eligible for the option of a refund to the original form of payment or store credit within 14 days of your order’s delivery date, or within 14 days of the purchase date for items bought at an event.

-Items received as a gift may be returned for store credit only within 30 days of purchase. Refunds to the original payment method are not available for gifted items. Must have order confirmation for proof of purchase. 

-Accepted returns must be received in their original condition: tags attached, and items unworn and unwashed. All returned merchandise must be free of damage, pet hair, odors, makeup, deodorant, or any other stains.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements. If an item is returned to us in unacceptable condition, the return will be denied and the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to have the item sent back.

-The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. 

 

ACCEPTED RETURNS:

-For accepted returns, your card will be refunded, or you will be emailed an e-gift card with your store credit after your return has been approved and processed. 

-Store credit never expires.

-Refunds and store credit will reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. You will not receive a refund or store credit for the original shipping charge.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

-We are not responsible for any damages caused by mishandling or improper use after delivery.

-Please notify us of any damages within one week of receiving your order. Any damages reported after one week of delivery are not eligible for a replacement.

-To report a damage upon opening, email us at: info@fruitfullyboutique.com. Please include a photo of the damaged item and a description of the damage in your email.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

Any item marked final sale is not eligible for return. The following is a list of final sale items that are not eligible for a return:

-Earrings

-Hats

-Any item purchased from the 50% off wipeout section

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:

We do not offer price adjustments on any item.
